Tea is a Drink made from Green Tea Leaves or Black Tea Leaves, which increases stamina, as well as reduces the Food Satiations

## How to Acquire

With a Teapot, a boiling Cauldron with at least 1 Liter of water, and two Green Tea Leaves or Black Tea Leaves, open the cauldron's interface and craft the items together to receive 1 Liter of Piping hot Tea
Piping Hot tea lasts for about 1 hour before turning into regular Tea and provides approximatley a 20 quality increase when drunk hot.

## How to Use

The proper way to drink tea is to use your Teapot on a Mug and drink from the mug, but tea can be stored in Waterskins, Waterflasks, Buckets, and Barrels
Do note that not drinking out of a proper vessel (in this case the mug) halves the effective quality of your tea

## Drinking

• Quality 10 tea recovers 10% stamina and drains 20% energy per 0.05L sip. Higher quality tea will decrease the energy drain but stamina recovery remains the same at all qualities.
• This makes high quality tea useful for performing stamina draining tasks without having to eat as much to recover, thus preserving your hunger bonus. Though energy is always shown as a whole number, it is not simply rounded up or down. For example, Q11 tea will alternate between draining 20% and 19% energy at regular intervals. Other drinkable liquids follow the same rules and formula.
• Energy Drain = ${\displaystyle ({\frac {1}{\sqrt {quality/10}}}+1)*10}$
• According to that formula initial quality growth is more effective, and it always higher than 10% per 0.05 sip. Naturally stamina regenerate 10% per 10% energy.

## Notes

• There is no difference in the tea created from Green or Black Tea Leaves, however black tea leaves may result in higher quality depending on your herbalist table.
