A special Cape and useful piece of war apparel, which grants a smallish amount of armor, and gives a significant amount of Agility which can help to counteract the larger AGI penalties of metal armor or augment yours a good bit if using light armors.

It can be equipped to the cape or the backpack slot, allowing a maximum of two to be worn at the same time.
