A Blood Stern is a red flower growing in the forest, where they can be picked.
You need at least 1250 PER*EXP to be able to start spotting them in the world.
It is used in the making of Bandit's Mask and Mud Ointment.
Has no real life equivalent but is implied to be spicy by its use in Hot Wings.
