How to Acquire

Build [B] > Walls and Fences [W] > Palisade [P]

Begin by constructing a cornerpost and then right click on the cornerpost to expand the wall. Two empty tiles with corner posts on either side make building a gate possible. Once a gate has been built, the character (the character laying the final touch on the gate) will receive a key for it.

Palisades are next to indestructible without 40 strength and a pickaxe.

Note: All palisades, cornerposts and gates must be constructed on paved tiles or grassland. Gates require extra paved tiles in front of and behind them.

It is recommended that you extend your claim to one tile beyond your palisade to prevent people from walling your gate in. If someone still walls you in, Jorb will be able to collect the vandalism clue and take action.
