Sandbox page.

This is the RoB-general-sandbox where you can play and try out wiki editing safely.

There is also a more dedicated template-sandbox, for template debugging when needed.

1) Parm 1 is: <empty>, Parm tmp is: <empty>.

2) Parm 1 is: Foo, Parm tmp is: bar.
