Notes

  • The claim starts of as a 4x4 square around the totem. You can expand your claim at 50 LP [Verify] per square. This is done by increasing the dimensions of the claim; you cannot add individual squares.
  • You may only own one claim, but you can at any time declaim your area. This will refund your LP used and allow you to place a new claim. You do not need to repurchase the Yeomanry skill.
  • The person who finishes building the claim owns it, regardless of whether they have Yeomanry or not.
  • Claim stakes do NOT decay. They also can NOT be destroyed with the vandalism skill. You have to resort to trespassing and theft to get something useful from a forsaken claim.
  • As a general suggestion, declaim land before leaving the game for extended periods of time - you get the LP back, the claim stake is cheap to rebuild, and most of the objects on your claim will have decayed and might as well be of use to others.
