Seer's Bones are a Curiosity which can be used in the Study Interface to earn Learning Points.
For the time taken and attention weight, seer's bones aren't considered to be an overly good curiosity. The theory being you use higher Q bones to pump up the quality. In reality though, you can get more LP out of those 5 bones by making 5 mid quality Primitive Dolls. It does require some input into survival and carpentry to not softcap the quality horribly though.

The quality appears to be: ((bone quality average) + 10) / 2. The 10 is likely the quality of the dreams used.
