Birch bark is a type of tough bark and tough bark is a type of Treebark. So yes, birch bark can be a substitute for both. Everything that asks for Treebark will take any type of bark. Edit: The main point of my edit was to remove the pointless "Treebark" category with only 1 member. I put that info in the description instead, with the additional info that Birch bark is (more specifically) tough bark. Normal bark vs Tough Bark

Birch bark is a type of tough bark and tough bark is a type of Treebark. So yes, birch bark can be a substitute for both. Everything that asks for Treebark will take any type of bark.
