The Ranger's set of clothing provides a good number of stat bonuses (+45 at q10), unfortunately this is predominately in Stealth, which is currently the least useful skill.

Notes

A Ranger's Shirt fits under armor.

Stealth is all but useless given the way that detecting scents works. You are better off with a Vapntreyiu or even a Nettle Shirt.
