Craft > Cloth Making > Capes and Cloaks > Necromancer's Cloak
To craft a Necromancer's Cloak, you must have purchased the skill Murder. You have to have the skill to craft the cloak but not to wear it. It takes 4 Yarn and 4 Ash to create, and it gives a bonus of +5 Int at 10ql.
