Does the fuel glitch work with this? if i left the mats and one piece and of charcoal in the crucible for a considerable amount of time, then lit it, would that work?--[[User:Gazook89|Urist McCarpenter]] 16:49, 23 December 2011 (EST) |

Snizlefoot 16:41, May 24, 2010 (UTC) does the Steel Crucible's fuel affect the quality?
Unsure, however it most likely does. Due to the length and price for manufacturing steel not much in the way of formulas have been posted. DatOneGuy 19:55, May 24, 2010 (UTC)
Quality of coal / fuel / crucible seems to have no impact on quality of steel. I have put 2 wrought irons of quality 25 and 28 and 2 coals of quality 40. Crucible's quality was around 40. Fueled with quality 38-43 coal, and as a result I got ql 25 and 28 steel bars.--Procne2 03:59, 25 June 2011 (CDT)
