Bread, once baked, can be eaten by right clicking on them and selecting the 'eat' option. Each provides 50% to your hunger bar, and provides 3 CON in FEPs.
How to Acquire
Gather wheat flour and water to make the dough. Place the dough into an oven. Fuel the oven with three branches and light it(to avoid a bug which reduces your bread to ash, make sure to place fuel into the oven before the bread dough). The bread will be finished in approximately 18 minutes.
Notes
Bread should not be baked with anything other than apple pies or blueberry pies due or to different foods having different cooking times.
Although bread is the most common food next to apples to get, it's advised when you're new to not live off of it. Instead make something that you can trade for other foods. Otherwise you'll have a hard time catching your other skills up.
