Hardcap is a term describing the effect of a skill on the quality of a product.


Hardcaps are put into effect when the quality of a product would be higher then the hardcapping skill. The quality of said product will be limited to the hardcapping skill level.


Example:

Product A is made of materials of average Q 36. However, the quality of Product A is hardcapped by Charisma.


Thus:

If your Charisma >= 36

Resulting product will be Q 36


If your Charisma < 36

Resulting product will be Q Charisma
