How to Acquire
Butchering a Sturgeon.
Quality
Caviar quality is based on the sturgeon that was butchered, softcapped by the player's Survival ability. (and probably also hardcapped by used sharp-tool)

- Roe, Roe, Roe yer Boat (2021-01-31)◎ >"Added Roe/Caviar. All Fish now have a Roe particular to their type, and you randomly may get some whenever butchering them. Some fishes, e.g. Sturgeon, have a specific roe type named Caviar."
