Build > Construction > Government > Village Banner
Expands village claim at a range of 20 tiles in a square shape making a 41x41 claim around it. Each banner adds 13,000 to the maximum authority and drains 250 authority per in-game day.
Banners can only be built on existing village claims.
Only the Chieftain and Lawspeaker of a village can build Village Banners.
