By using boar tusk snuff, your Strength is increased temporarily (15 seconds) by the Quality level of the Boar Tusk Snuff

I.E.

Your Strength = 20

Boar Tusk Snuff Quality = 50

Strength is thus = 70

How to Acquire

You need a Poppy Flower and a Boar Tusk to craft boar tusk snuff. The Militia Training skill is required. You must have approached a Quern before you can create it.

Quality

The quality of the snuff is the average of the qualities of the poppy flower and the boar tusk.

Quality Formula: $(Qpoppy+Qtusk)/2$
