Legacy Haven & Hearth page.
"The RoB Wiki currently hosts information for both the current Haven & Hearth world as well as the legacy server. Please be aware that information relating to legacy should be found on pages with "legacy" in the name. While our editors have done their best to get things sorted, please be aware there may be some pages that haven't been moved properly and may still be flagged that the information is legacy and may not apply to the current world."

Just in case. There is a Legacy specific discussion page.

As of October 24, 2011 Charter stones no longer exist. The information below remains here for archival purposes only. Charter Stones may or may not come back in the future if any related bugs can be fixed.

A charter stone is a location that, when built, freshly created characters may teleport to from the creation room. If there are any charter stones in the world, the character creation room will have a trapdoor, which on click allows you to choose a chartered village to join. The "Baby Blue Eyes" status allows you to teleport between charter stones until it wears off, or until the character interacts with any other game object. It must be built on village claim, and cannot be placed on Forest Terrain.

Can only be built by Lawspeaker or Chieftain. Once built, the stone has to be Adopted by the lawspeaker to be a part of the village, and then Activated to begin working. The Charter Stone can always be deactivated and reactivated at the discretion of the Lawspeaker, should you need to turn it off. Any village member can adopt charter stone. Then he can teleport to it, even if he is no longer member of that village. Only one Charter Stone can be adopted by given character at a time.
