Leadership gives you better moves and tactics than a soldier, allowing you commands to increase party effectiveness. Enables combat moves "Call down the Thunder", "Stern Order", "To arms!"
It is worth noting that these are also all of the combat moves that can be used from a distance, with the exception of "Shoot!"

Leadership allows you to command others in battle. By giving out orders and controlling the flow of the battle, your efforts and charisma can increase the compound effectiveness of a whole group, and, remember, the whole is more than the sum of its parts.
