"Look for it only in books, for it is no more than a dream remembered..."
Stormchasing gives your character the ability to capture the winds that blow across the heaths of the Hearthlands. Winds can then be put in a Windchime, where they play and grow in strength. Be careful, however, of letting them grow too strong.
