Quality change

I remember reading somewhere that while making wrought iron bars from bloom that the quality can change favoring downwards. Anyway from 22ql bloom I've made 13-26ql wrought and from 20ql bloom 16-20ql wrought. I was using a 22 quality hammer and anvil. From memory, there's a 40% chance of it going down 20% in quality and 10% chance of it going up 20% in quality. I'm not 100% sure on the chance of it going up and down, but I'm sure on the 20% increase/decrease part. The softcap would probably have some relation to the smithy hammer, anvil, strength and smithing. Could you perhaps add in the strength and smithing level from these events? --ApocalypsePlease 16:51, 18 May 2012 (EDT)

Industry/Nature Personal Belief Effect
