Since it's a smithing craft element it's likely to be softcapped by ${\sqrt[{3}]{Strength*Smithing*Psyche}}$ --Rook (talk) 14:33, 29 October 2013 (EDT)

Just tested. Psyche doesn't appear to cap it in anyway.--TheG4MER14
