Did some minor experiments. Assuming the formula below is correct:

Material-Q = ((3 * avg material Q) + spinning wheel Q)/4

Then the spinning wheel Q is the the average of the 3 different materials used.

Spinning wheel Q = (Branch avg Q + Block avg Q + board avg Q) / 3
