Tested with per*exp in a range of 63-81 on a +3 increase and on all levels(including the 81) did not have a 100% spot chance. Another run of checks at 30 PE proved it's visible with that score. Third test with 20 PE gave 0 spotings in 50 tries. By extrapolation of above results min PE is above 20 and below 31, i'm setting it to 25 out of lack of more precise data in range. --Rook (talk) (29 February 2012‎)
