Item or Type duplication?

Does a "particular curiosity" refer to a type or individual curiosity? an if I create as many scholarly accounts as possible from a troll skull, can I also create scholarly accounts from a different skull? (Vatas 8 February 2020)

account q gives lower lpg if <q250
same at q250 and higher lph when >q250

example 1: If I made q100 account out of q 10dandelion, account will have lower lph
example 2: if i made q251 account out of q 400 golden cat, the account will have better lph
