I just grinded 24 q398 piles of 50 wheat seeds (1,200 seeds.) and got 8 Uncrushed Husks. (9 July 2018‎ Linkfanpc)

Yeah, the data is off. Grinding flour yields often uncrushed husks. (15 August 2019‎ Keke)
