Description
General text and image marking template.
It supports 2 ways of doing this.
"MT"(marktext) is the short name for calling this template

Syntax:

General syntax: {{MT|m=<marking-type id>|t=<text to mark> or <on|page|off>}}

Line mode: {{MT|m=...|t=Text to mark}} or {{MT|m=...|t=Text-line to mark}}.
The "t=" part can be skipped if the text contains no "=" signs.
As this uses Span its limited to text paragraphs. Ie: it will not handle hard line-breaks inside the text.
Block mode: {{MT|m=...|on}} and {{MT|off}}.
This is for marking large sections, or images, where "on" is used at the start and "off" at the end.
Page mode: {{MT|m=...|page}} and {{MT|off}}.
This is for marking the whole page, where "page" is used at the start start of the page and "off" at the end.
The off tag seems not really needed in this case. Although this was not tested for potential exception. (will see ...)

Marking id's

The following marking id's are supported. Which set the used marking color and hover-over text.
m=old: To mark general outdated content. When it makes sense w=[w13, w14, w15] can also be used. Although significant old stuff should eventually be removed/replaced with updated info.
m=fw: This is for marking stuff specific to fast-worlds (like world 16.1)
m=sw: This is for marking stuff specific to Slow-worlds (like world 16.0) (Optional. Should generally only be used if there is a related fw case)

Sample output
{{MT|m=old|Some old text case}} gives Some old text case
{{MT|m=fw|Fast world info case}} gives Fast world info case
{{MT|m=sw|Slow world info case}} gives Slow world info case
xxx{{MT|m=fw|on}}<Image or text-block>{{MT|off}}yyy gives "xxx
yyy" (The additional line-breaks are a unfortunate side effect of the used Div.)
Without a known mark-id or no "m=..." part {{MT|<Some other text case}} it gives Lacking mark-id case
