Anasky. Try using the edit-summary feature if your undoing a/your edit. (Stink of Battery) Helps in figuring out if someone is just messing around, or it was done because of new information, or something else. (Kinda the same for the wiki "Show preview" edit feature. (Water)) TIA --MvGulik 18:41, 29 August 2012 (EDT)

Sorry, I'm new to the entire wiki-editting. How do I do these features?

With kind regards, Anasky.

Well, there are no strict rules when to use what. Generally ... For the "Show preview" and/or "Show changes", preferably before you actually do a "Save page" so you can proof-read and check your edit(s), and correct them if needed (without generating a new "Recent changes" entry for every edit.). ... For the "Summary". In generally when some additional information helps to clarify the edit reason. ... And the "minor edit" option for small edits, like for example spelling corrections, small text formatting edits, etc. (just in case. You need to set the "summary" and "minor edit" before saving the page your editing. Just experiment a bit with them on this/your discussion page.) --MvGulik 22:55, 29 August 2012 (EDT)

Alright thanks ^^ Btw, regarding the Stink of Battery thing, I removed it a few minutes later on because it turned out it was a destruction scent, but looked quite like a stink of battery :s I'll try those things out :)

Roger. I figured as much after seeing you Water edit ;-). PS: Feel free to clear(cleanup) this discussion when(ever) you feel like it. --MvGulik 11:41, 30 August 2012 (EDT)
