In a test on May 3, 2010 with two players with the exact same quality plant fibres (Q13,13,14,15) but different statistics (13 DEX, 1 sewing vs. 22 DEX, 30 sewing), the lesser skilled player created Q8 linen cloth, whereas the higher skilled player created Q12 cloth.
The attempt was to effectively confirm that an attribute or skill value directly affects the resulting quality of the produced cloth, as opposed to it simply relating to the average combined quality of the plant fibres used.

How to Acquire
Craft > Cloth Making > Material > Linen Cloth.
Approach a loom by left or right clicking it, then begin crafting.
