Press grapes in a winepress to get grape seeds and grape juice. Grape juice must be put in a wine barrel to ferment into wine.
The only other way to get grape seeds is to eat the grapes or maybe get them from WWW. So the winepress is useful to keep you from having to eat lots and lots of grapes when you don't want to.
