Malted Wheat is Germinated Wheat Seeds heated in a Kiln. It serves no other purpose other than one of the process in making Wort, one of the ingredients for Weißbier.
How to Acquire
Place germinated wheat seeds in a kiln. Fire for ~5-6 minutes (one branch worth of fuel).
What to do with them
Right click on quern and Craft -> Cooking -> Ingredients -> Grist
