You don't actually need anvil+hammer to craft this, despite being metal.

- If that's the case (I unfortunately can't test that). That could be because its using tin, which is a soft metal.
- But that raises the question why the quality formula is based on anvil+hammer.
- Can it be crafted by hand, and also with anvil+hammer ?
- if that is the case, its missing a by hand quality formula.
