A legendary Cape, occasionally bestowed upon a player whom reports a game breaking bug or makes a good suggestion. Jorb and Loftar will reward them with this special cape. This cape cannot be crafted, making it exceedingly rare and borderline unattainable. However, it does not count as a cosmetic item like a shop hat. It can be stolen and does not transfer between worlds like cash shop items. It can, however, be right-clicked back into one's hearthfire after being "received". It offers no buffs or gilding slots, making it useful only as a trophy/bragging rights.

True name is "Merchant's Cape". Indeed, it is actually a part of the Merchant's Set of clothing which the famous Merchant's Robe belongs to.
