Wheelmaking is considered by some one of the most important skills in the game, being as carts are critical for transport of materials over long distances.

To construct carts:
Build > Construction > Carts and Cogs > Cart
To construct battering rams:
Build > Construction > Carts and Cogs > Battering ram
