There is no need to delete a file to update it. Ergo: update the Sleigh.jpg file.page with a new upload of Sleigh1.jpg image. (will delete Sleigh1.jpg later)

Delete: 1)Admin only. 2)Technically it just hides/archives the file(s) inside RoB's image archive.

Fixed. (not happy...)

+Jpg has no Alpha channel support. Just use white for background clearing.
