A tree-type stump either gives some tough roots (min:1) or is never does (always zero).

With one exception so far. Terebinth stump gave both results (Season: Autumn, Moundbed:Active(LS)). Figure this one was skipped/forgotten, or ... a data collection error.

Max: (wip) Assuming for now its the same for all trees that give tough roots. ~8 it seems.
