"A Watermill provides sufficient power for two machines, which can be built anywhere inside the mill. Note that the wheel of the mill must be submerged in water, while the foundation of the mill must be built on land."

A Watermill is a large structure that can be built only near river, where the house should be on the ground (at least the first 5x5 tiles area) and ~3x4 wheel on a river, in which you can build 2 machines in any combination: Milling Machine to grind flour passively, Sawmill to efficiently transform logs into boards in the same way.

The Watermill has two floors and can have a cellar as well. The first floor are 7x5, the second floor is 5x4 and the cellar floor is 9x7.

The machine is built separately from the Mill itself, in anticipation of other machineries that we may add in the future. Fill the machine with millable seeds, and watch it turn into glorious flour. There is no quality impact from the machine, and the resulting flour thus has the same qualities as the seeds. - Jorb

  • Buzzcut Board (2024-02-11) >"Added "Sawmill", a mechanically powered machine (i.e. built in wind- or watermills) which automatically transforms logs into boards at a rate of exchange slightly better than that provided by a metal saw."
  • Milling Water (2024-01-22) >"Added "Watermill", a small house which can be built near water, and which can power two machines. The Watermill cannot be bashed by hand, and can thus be built contiguously with walls for a measure of safety."
