Militia Training is skill with fighting with proper weapons and basic training, making them militia. Militia Training enables to the use of Chop, Cleave, and Shield.

It also teaches the clothmakers recipe for Vapntreyiu armor padding.

Contrary to the description, this skill does NOT allow you to build training dummies!
