Pick up and place on a Fireplace to assemble the Roasting Spit. Cleaned small animal carcasses such as Rabbit and Squirrel can be placed on it to make spitroasted meat.
Some spit roasted recipes yield more meat than butchering does (spitroasted squirrel and spitroasted chicken most notably), at the cost of destroying whatever bones the critter would've given up if butchered.
Note: Neither skills nor spitroast quality affect the products from a ready roast - you get exactly the same quality as the carcass you put in.
