Slag is a useless byproduct obtained in the process of making Bars of Wrought Iron.
Note: Slag is useless however, it is not entirely worthless in that you do acquire a small amount of LP for discovering it.
How to Acquire
Load Bars of Cast Iron into a Finery Forge and fuel with two units of Charcoal. For characters with their Industry/Nature slider neutral, each bar will have a 50% chance of becoming Bloom, and a 50% chance of becoming useless Slag.
