Exact amount of drain is (kind of) shown in-game

Open Kith & Kin menu (default Ctl+B) and go to "Village" -tab (buttons at the bottom)

When you hover over the red bar, you will see: "Drain: [Amount]/day"

Only problem is that I can't tell if this means in-game, or RL day.
