Separated pages with individual sub-trees
Feels like each credo deserves separated page — a resting place for its lore (aka Wall of Text). Also it may contain useful tips about preparations (plant a bunch of pumpkins, buy plenty of drugs beforehand), tricks (unknown questgivers "triangulation") and trivia. But the main idea is to put in each page something like dependsOn (e. g.) semantic property. And a fancy dependency subtree like one below:
Wandering Sage ├Nomad │ ├Hunter │ ├Forager │ └Fisherman └Mystic ├(Forager) └(Fisherman) <— these are repeats, so they are greyed out to make it easier to tally dependencies amount
Ideally such trees would be auto-generated with SWM and templates obscure magic. Ideally, yeah --Tmp0340 (talk) 19:32, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
P. S. sub-trees might look differently. The one above just seems tidy and readable enough. Plus it is easy to edit and might contain links (to dependency page).
- Personally I have mixed feelings about additional separate credo pages. If there just to add additional credo-case specific detail, tips, etc. I guess it could be useful. But I feel it would take a long time for them to fill with additional/new content, due to low RoB user count. A dependency subtree for those pages sounds nice. Not sure how to go about that yet though (low priority btw). --.MvGulik. 21:34, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
- Maybe starting with a single "credo_tips" test page, to see what comes in. And take it from there. That page would also double as further development test page (dressing up and other stuff) --.MvGulik. 11:06, 15 April 2023 (UTC)
Dependencies tree followup: It took a bit of thinking and tinkering. Figured it would be potentially usable for other stuff than credos too.
