A rumor started years ago that the boots could be fished up where a player wearing Ranger's Boots had drowned, but this is simply not the case. It can be used to craft Rusalka's Water Moccasins. The Other Old Boot seems to be much rarer of a catch than its counterpart, the An Old Boot
