Legacy Haven & Hearth page.
"The RoB Wiki currently hosts information for both the current Haven & Hearth world as well as the legacy server. Please be aware that information relating to legacy should be found on pages with "legacy" in the name. - Just in case. There is a Legacy specific discussion page.
Attributes affect many aspects of your character, and are increased by gaining Food Event Points (FEPs). See the FEP Table for a list of all foods and their FEPs.
Low-tier and High-tier food refers to the ease of acquiring such foods, rather than the FEPs they provide. Low Tier foods are those available to players without access to clay or metal.
Strength
- Affects damage inflicted by melee weapons or unarmed attacks. It seems that 2 strength increases damage by 1 point while using unarmed attacks without any weapons.
- Affects your ability to destroy objects, by (Adventuring -> Destroy) or using a Battering Ram. Stone axe adds 1 damage, a Pickaxe adds 2 damage, and a Sledgehammer adds 4. Your damage is calculated by sqrt(Strength).
- In conjunction with Smithing, softcaps the quality of objects crafted with Metal Working and Steelmaking.
Example low-tier Strength food: Roasted Boar Meat, Pumpkin Flesh, Ant Soldiers, Roasted Brill
Example high-tier Strength food: Midnight Blue Cheese, Brodgar Blue Cheese, Big Bear Banger
Equipment that modifies Strength
(At quality 10:)
- Bear Tooth Talisman (+3)
- Dragon Helm (+6)
- Forge Ring (+6)

- Thane's Ring (+10)
Other means of modifying Strength
- The effects "A Glass with a Friend" and "A Glass to Keep the Cold Out", caused by drinking Wine or Weißbier, raise your Strength by 10 and 15, respectively.
