Hartshorn Salve is a medicine used to treat Severe Maulings, Black-eyed, Seal Finger, and Blunt Trauma.
If used to treat a Severe Mauling, the wound will deteriorate instantly to Blunt Trauma, which can be further healed with leeches.
If used to treat a Blunt Trauma or Black-eyed, the wound becomes 'Hartshorn Salved', and will slowly heal over time. The description says that the wound will instantly disappear given time. This is untrue.
