Legacy:Charcoal
Charcoal is used as fuel for the alloying crucible, ore smelter and finery forge, and is an ingredient in the steelmaking process.
Coal acts as two branches worth of fuel when using kilns, ovens, smelters, crucibles, cauldrons, and any other wood-fueled objects.
How to Acquire
Charcoal is produced by burning blocks of wood and boards in a kiln. Both provide 2 pieces of charcoal. You need to burn 2 branches or 1 board to make charcoal from boards or 4 branches to make it from blocks of wood.
About 17 minutes to make charcoal from blocks.
Boards, blocks of wood and charcoal can also be used as fuel.
Quality
Items that affect the quality of making charcoal are: Blocks of Wood / Boards, fuel and the kiln used to create charcoal
