How to Acquire

The Arrow-Shattered Arrow is sometimes created when practicing Archery on an Archery Target using either Bone, or Stone Arrows. The material used does not seem to affect the quality, though high quality Bone Arrows are easier to craft and are recommended.

For an Arrow-Shattered Arrow to be created, two bullseyes have to land on the same Archery Target. The shots don't need to be sequential, though point-blank bullseye shots are ignored. The minimum distance isn't exact, but when trying to create this curiosity, at least 7 tiles should be between you and the Archery Target.
