A Bone Arrow is ammunition for the Hunter's Bow. You can keep up to 30 arrows in a Hunter's Quiver by picking up the arrows and right clicking them onto the quiver, or opening the quiver inventory by right-clicking on the quiver.

Bear teeth, deer antlers, boar tusks, and wishbones all count as bone material, so make sure you don't accidently use them up if you need them for other recipes.
