Candelabrums are static world objects that can provide light, much like a fire. Unlike a fire, the candelabrum is not destroyed when it burns out; instead the candle disappears and must be replaced. Needless to say, you cannot cook with a candelabrum.
A candelabrum provides a light radius twice that of a torchpost, with equal intensity. Lit candelabrums can be carried around, working as a sort of heavy torch, which may be useful if your hand and head equipment slots are full.
