A fir tree provides wood. They can be grown by players with the proper skills and equipment. The seed used to grow a Fir Tree is the Fir Cone.
Also since the great flood a Fir Tree can give 6-7 Fir Boughs.
How to Acquire
Resources at q10: Branch x7, Log x2, Bark x3, Fir Bough x5, Fir Cone x2.

Stage 1 (sapling) - Chop
Stage 2 - Chop (branches)
Stage 3 - Chop (blocks of wood) - Take Branch
Stage 4 - Chop - Take Branch - Take Bough - Pick Cone
Stage 5 - Chop - Take Branch - Take Bough - Pick Cone - Take Bark
Stage 6 (fully grown) - Chop - Take Branch - Take Bough - Pick Cone - Take Bark
Stump - Remove (4x Block of Wood)
