Alternative 'Menu Usage' property to allow selecting only the direct child-items/pages in a given sub-menu. (Which can't be done with the 'Menu Usage' property.)

Currently not used by any template (not actively used by wiki itself.)

Still somewhat WIP. As, in some cases, it might return wrong or more data then expected. (Due to some alternative GM usage cases.)

(SMW Keywords are restricted in length. 150 for ASCII, 85 for UTF-8. Query is case insensitive.) -- Should not be a problem.
